Real Businesses.
Live Builds.

These are active client engagements, in build right now. Each one is custom-designed for the business it serves, not pulled off a shelf. No two solutions look the same, because no two operations do.

HVACSouthern CaliforniaAgentic AI Operating System + CRMActive Build

Everglade Heating & Air

The Challenge

Most HVAC companies live inside the owner's head. SOPs sit in binders nobody opens. Policies get re-explained ten times a week. New techs take months to ramp up.

Out in the field, technicians hit edge cases every day. A weird permit question. A warranty gray area. A customer asking about a policy nobody wrote down. They call the office. The office is already swamped.

The owner becomes the bottleneck for every decision. Growth slows. Mistakes get expensive. Knowledge walks out the door whenever someone quits.

What We're Building

We're designing an agentic AI-first HVAC company from the ground up. Internal workflows, business processes, automations, governance, and policies are all built around AI from day one, not bolted on after.

Field technicians retrieve standard operating procedures agentically. They ask a question on site and get the right SOP back in seconds. Policy clarification happens in real time, during the customer encounter, not after.

A 24/7 internal AI "employee" lives inside the CRM. It identifies tasks, surfaces client information on demand, and runs a dedicated email inbox for internal requests and assistance. The team gets a teammate that never sleeps and never forgets.

What This Unlocks

  • Reduces the owner-as-bottleneck pattern that caps most HVAC shops
  • Cuts the time techs spend hunting for SOPs or waiting for callbacks
  • Standardizes how policy questions get answered, every time, in every encounter
  • Builds institutional knowledge that lives outside one person's head
  • Frees the office team from triaging every internal question
  • Gives every new hire the same on-ramp from day one

Auto RepairInland Empire, CALite CRM + Custom Estimate & Invoice AppMVP In Build

All Auto Repair

The Challenge

Plenty of auto shops still run on paper. Estimates get scribbled on a notepad. Invoices get re-typed in two or three places. Customer info lives on sticky notes or in someone's head.

Off-the-shelf shop software is built for chains. It is bloated, expensive, and full of tabs nobody uses. The interface confuses techs who didn't grow up clicking through menus.

Manual entry eats hours every week. Mistakes cost real money. Customers wait while paperwork shuffles around the shop.

What We're Building

We're building a single-purpose MVP: a lite CRM paired with a custom estimate-and-invoice app. No AI. No bloat. No 50-tab dashboard. One job, done well.

The app is shaped around how this specific shop actually works. One screen to write an estimate. One tap to turn it into an invoice. Customer info stored once, reused everywhere.

This is version one. We have scheduled calls to keep extending the app based on what the shop needs next, instead of guessing up front and over-building.

What This Unlocks

  • Cuts manual data entry on every job
  • Removes the "type it in three different places" workflow
  • Gives an old-school team a tool they will actually use, every day
  • Replaces paper trails with structured, searchable customer history
  • Keeps the interface simple enough for any tech to pick up in a shift
  • Sets a foundation we extend on a real schedule, based on real shop feedback

Beauty SalonGEO/AIEO Website + Social Media ManagementActive Build

Hair Palette Beauty Salon

The Challenge

Most salons live and die by local search and word of mouth. When someone new in town asks for the best salon, they ask Google, and now they ask ChatGPT too. A salon invisible to both loses the booking before the phone ever rings.

The old playbook was a basic website and a social page nobody updates. That does not get you cited when AI engines answer "best salon near me," and it does not keep a feed active enough to stay top of mind.

Running the chairs is a full-time job. Nobody behind the chair has time to write content, structure a site for AI, or post consistently across platforms.

What We're Building

We are building a website configured for SEO, GEO, and AIEO from the ground up, so the salon shows up in normal search and gets cited by AI engines when people ask who to book.

Structured data, service pages, and FAQ content are written the way AI engines read them, so the salon becomes an answer, not an afterthought.

We pair the site with managed social media, a steady on-brand feed that keeps the salon visible between visits without adding work for the team.

What This Unlocks

  • Builds visibility in both Google search and AI answers like ChatGPT and Perplexity
  • Turns a static web presence into a site structured for how AI engines actually read
  • Keeps social channels active and on-brand without pulling staff off the floor
  • Captures new-in-town searches that used to go straight to competitors
  • Gives the owner one system for web, content, and social instead of three loose ends

Qualitative outcomes by design. We do not publish performance metrics until they are measured, verified, and approved by the client.
