Services
Custom services (GEO, AI agents, workflow builds, advisory) are scoped and delivered under a written agreement before any work begins. That agreement defines deliverables, timeline, and price. These terms apply alongside that agreement but don't replace it.
Plugins and subscriptions
Productized plugins are sold as monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. We don't prorate partial months.
Results
AI, GEO, and automation outcomes depend on your business, data, systems, and factors neither party controls. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, lead volume, uninterrupted operation, or other specific outcomes. Our service and support obligations are limited to those stated in the applicable written agreement.
Ownership
Ownership and usage rights are defined in the written agreement. After full payment, you own the custom deliverables expressly identified there. Provider tools, reusable methods, third-party software, models, and licensed components remain subject to their respective ownership and license terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use our tools or services for spam, deceptive content, or anything illegal. We reserve the right to end any engagement that violates this.
