Services
Custom services (GEO, AI agents, workflow builds, advisory) are scoped and delivered under a written agreement before any work begins. That agreement defines deliverables, timeline, and price. These terms apply alongside that agreement but don't replace it.
Plugins and subscriptions
Productized plugins are sold as monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. We don't prorate partial months.
Results
AI, GEO, and automation outcomes depend on your business, your data, and factors neither of us controls. We do not guarantee specific revenue results, ranking positions, or lead volumes. We do guarantee we'll show up and do the work.
Ownership
Whatever we build for you is yours. Once a project is paid in full, all custom deliverables transfer to you. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Acceptable use
Don't use our tools or services for spam, deceptive content, or anything illegal. We reserve the right to end any engagement that violates this.
