Common questions
What types of documents can you ingest?+
Anything text-based: Google Docs, PDFs, Word files, Notion pages, URLs, articles, Markdown files, plain text notes. If you can share it, we can ingest it. We'll flag anything that's too low-quality to be useful before we start.
What does 'connected to Obsidian or Notion' mean?+
Every page in your knowledge base is plain Markdown. We set up a vault structure you can open directly in Obsidian, or we sync it to a Notion workspace. You browse it, search it, and link pages. Just like a wiki, but built entirely from your own content.
Can I query it with Claude or ChatGPT?+
Yes. We register the knowledge base as a set of skills your AI agent can call. In Claude Code, that looks like /wiki query "what's our refund policy?". The agent pulls the answer and shows you which page it came from. No hallucinations. Only what's in your knowledge base.
What does monthly maintenance include?+
We add any new sources you send us, update pages where the underlying content has changed, run a health check for broken links and gaps, and flag anything that looks stale. The knowledge base gets better each month, not worse.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your knowledge base lives on your machine or your own Notion/Obsidian workspace. We don't store your documents on our servers after setup. The AI calls we make during ingestion use Anthropic's API, which has the same privacy model as Claude.
What if I want to add documents myself between maintenance cycles?+
You can. We show you the /raw command so you can ingest any URL or file yourself at any time. Monthly maintenance keeps the base healthy, but you're never waiting on us to add something new.
